Agreement
These terms apply when you use foxridgerevenue.com or buy a product from Fox Ridge Revenue Group ("Fox Ridge," "we," "us"). By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them. If you're buying for a practice, you confirm you're authorized to agree on its behalf.
Product license
When you buy a digital product (guides, workbooks, templates, letters and SOPs), you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one practice to use it internally. That means you may:
- Share the files with the owners, staff and contractors who work for your practice
- Edit the templates, and put letters, packets and SOPs on your own letterhead
- Print copies for internal use
You may not resell, sublicense, publish or share the files outside your practice, post them online, or use them to create a competing product. A billing company or consultant who wants to use the products with multiple clients needs a separate license, so please contact us. Fox Ridge keeps all ownership of the products and their content.
Orders, delivery and updates
Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown at checkout, which is processed securely by Wix and its payment providers. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
After purchase, you'll get a download link on screen and in your order confirmation email.
Each product includes free updates for 12 months from the purchase date. When we update a product, we'll email a link to the updated files to everyone whose 12 months are still active.
Refund policy
Because digital products can be downloaded immediately, all sales are final. We'll make it right if something goes wrong on our end. Contact us within 30 days of purchase if:
- A file won't open, is damaged, or is missing from your download
- You were charged more than once for the same order
We'll replace the file, or refund your purchase if we can't fix it. Duplicate charges are always refunded. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
The Practice Performance Assessment
The Assessment is provided under its own written agreement and Business Associate Agreement, signed before work begins. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the Assessment agreement controls.
Educational use, not legal or professional advice
Our products and website are educational. They are not legal, tax, compliance or coding advice, and they don't replace your own judgment or professional counsel. Payer rules, regulations and deadlines change, so check current requirements with the payer or a qualified advisor before acting. You're responsible for how you use the materials, and we don't guarantee any particular financial result.
Fox Ridge does not provide billing services. Our sister company, Black Rock Revenue Partners, is a separate business under common ownership with its own agreements. You're never required to use Black Rock.
Using this website
Please use the site lawfully. Don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use. Don't submit patient information through our forms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The website and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Fox Ridge isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue, denied claims or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Thurston County, Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase.
