Who we are

Fox Ridge Revenue Group ("Fox Ridge," "we," "us") sells revenue cycle guides, templates and tools, and offers the Practice Performance Assessment. This policy covers information collected through foxridgerevenue.com and our forms, emails and checkout.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, practice name, email, phone number, the topics and resources you select, and anything you write in a message. For the Assessment, we may also ask for your number of providers, billing system and main concern.
• Purchase information. When you buy a product, checkout is processed by Wix and its payment providers. We receive your name, email, billing details and what you bought. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our site and its host collect basic data such as your browser type, pages viewed and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools. Our forms also store a small token in your browser so submissions work.

Your answers to the free Scorecard are scored in your browser. We only receive them if you choose to enter your email for the full results, and then we receive just your name and email.

Please don't send patient information

Our website forms and regular email are not meant for protected health information (PHI). Please don't include patient names, dates of birth, account numbers or other patient details. If you start an Assessment, we sign a Business Associate Agreement and set up secure file transfer before any patient data is shared, and that data is handled under that agreement, not this policy.

How we use it

• To reply to your questions and schedule intro calls
• To deliver the free resources and products you request or buy, and to send product updates
• To send the Fox Ridge newsletter, if you signed up for it
• To run, secure and improve the website
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Wix), payment processors and email tools, who may use it only to provide their services to us
• With our sister company, Black Rock Revenue Partners, only if you ask us to connect you
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public

Emails and your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us. We'll still send messages you need, such as purchase receipts and download links.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@foxridgerevenue.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we'll honor them.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and purchase records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason not to send patient information through our forms.

Children

This website is for business use and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
