Buying and downloads
How do I get my files?
You'll see a download link right after checkout and get the same link in your order confirmation email.
What format are the files?
PDF guides, plus editable Word and Excel files. Workbooks come in sample and blank versions.
Do I get updates?
Yes. Every purchase includes free updates for 12 months. When a product is updated, we email you a link to the new files.
Can my whole office use it?
Yes, within your practice. Please don't share or resell the files outside it.
Can I put the letters on my letterhead?
Yes. Letters, packets and SOPs come without Fox Ridge branding for that reason.
The Assessment
How long does it take?
Four weeks after we receive your complete data, with a Decision Point at week 2.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes, on every engagement, before any data changes hands.
Do product purchases count toward it?
Yes. Purchases in the 90 days before the Assessment are credited, up to $750.
Billing services
Do you do billing or credentialing for practices?
Fox Ridge does not. Our sister company, Black Rock Revenue Partners, does. Black Rock is a separate business under common ownership with Fox Ridge.
